An Insight into What We Do: The Altima Partners Project

At Edward Baden, we have an excellent reputation for office relocation. This can encompass everything from moving one employee to hundreds of employees at a time. Plus it’s not just moving the employee’s personal belongings but also their desk, chair, IT equipment plus any files that they use. We thought that we would take this opportunity to share with you a project which we recently undertook which involved the relocation of 35 different staff for Altima Partners Ltd.
As a little background information, Altima Partners LLP is an investment fund manager with a unique strategy that combines both liquid and structured investments. They currently have assets under management of over $1 billion. Altima wanted to relocate 35 members of staff across the Greater London area but with the least amount of disruption possible.
As with all projects we undertake at Edward Baden, our team put together a detailed project delivery plan which involved everything required to move the personal belongings, office furniture and IT equipment of the business. Due to the sensitive data and nature of Altima’s business, we decided to do this within a 30 hour window across a Friday and Saturday to cause the least possible disruption to both staff and business.
We’re happy to say that the office relocation went ahead without any problems and Altima’s staff are now in their new premises.
