Hyatt Regency Hotel London Refurbishment
Edward Baden has been responsible for the clearance and repopulation of 460 rooms of hotel furniture and additional club lounges over an eight phase project.
Additional to the above and more importantly, Edward Baden have project managed the installation of the majority of new furniture and furnishings on a staged refurbishment programme.
This also included the collection and receiving of products from European manufacturers. Edward Baden’s Storage Department was responsible for checking all delivery notes against corresponding quantities of goods and also confirming goods had been received undamaged.
It was also Edward Badens responsibility to collate the correct quantities of furniture and furnishings for each phase of the refurbishment. This process was extremely difficult due to the fact that the different room types within the Hyatt were furnished individually.
