External and Multi site Relocation

If your company or organisation is involved in an external relocation or your project involves multiple locations we have the expertise and resources to plan and manage such a move.

Whilst many of the services required for external moves are the same as a churn activity many new elements come into play and have to be carefully planned.

Edward Baden would put in place a dedicated project team to facilitate the move; the team would operate at all locations where timing and the relationship between each move is critical.

The project team would also be responsible for leasing with building managers regarding access and building protection, speak to local authorities to arrange necessary parking dispensations and to confirm that no road works have been planned outside any of the premises during the planned relocation dates.
