24/7 Relocation Services
Edward Baden offer 24/7 services as we want to fit in with your business needs. We understand that every business has specific requirements and will need our services at different times to fit in with your daily operations. By offering 24/7 services Edward Baden gives companies the opportunity of minimum or where possible no down time to your company when relocating. This is also particularly important when dealing with a disaster as we are able to provide our recovery services accordingly.
In respect of contingency, Edward Baden Operations Department ensure there are always up to ten part-time employees who are paid to be on call for emergencies or absenteeism. In respect of vehicle breakdown, additional vehicles are also on standby.
Edward Baden also operates sister companies for crate hire and archive storage and the resource from these companies can also be called upon from four different sites giving Edward Baden greater flexibility in the event of disaster recovery.
All three directors’ mobile numbers are made available to ensure that immediate action can be taken, if required.
